You will notice the difference from our first communication.  Our goal is to foster open and concise communication from the start to the end of your inspection.  I will arrive to the property early to get some pre-requisite work completed before your arrival.  We will then inspect the home for current defects and hazards, in addition, we are looking for problem areas that may develop into future issues.  During the inspection we answer client's questions and make sure we are explaining how the systems of the home operate.  The condition of the home will be presented to you in layman's terms that you can understand.  The inspection report will be uploaded to a secure web-site where you can view it up to five years.
